LUMILOG has adopted the legal status of a business corporation (Société Anonyme) comprising an Executive Board, responsible for strategic and operational management, and a Supervisory Board responsible for oversight and control.

   Dr. Jean-Pierre Faurie - President of the Executive Board
   Dr. Bernard Beaumont - Director/Production Manager
   Mr. Bernard Pulicani - Director/Business Developer

Supervisory Board:

Mr. Daniel GUILLOT - President of the Supervisory Board
Dr. Pierre GIBART - Vice President of the Supervisory Board
